currently home to Mahurin Excavation and Drilling. Mi narik Architecture has submitted a site plan( COB # 25184- BSF HQ SP) to the City with the intent to modify the existing structure to house the proposed BSF HQ . The purpose of this email is to officially r equest a TIS waiver for the project. Below is a
summary of the anticipated traffic generated by the proposed site: Based on the ITE Trip Generation Manual, 11th Edition*, the proposed development will generate the following: • Average weekday
o 31 trips (16 entry, 15 exit) • AM Peak Hour
o 4 trips (4 entry, 0 exit) • PM Peak Hour
o 4 trips (1 entry, 3 exit) From the information received from Bridger Ski Foundation, we know that there will be an additional 3-4
two-way trips on the occasional weekday evening for athl ete training sessions (exact timing unknown) so
a total of 12 PM Peak Hour trips will be a conservative estimate. Additionally, this total does not include
the consideration of existing trips generated by the currently operating business at this site. *Note: Average rates were derived from the ITE Trip G eneration Manual, Land Use Code 712: Small Office
