The Development Review Committee (DRC) has reviewed your application for the above-referenced
project in accordance with the submittal checklists and Chapter 38.220 of the Unified Development Code
and finds that the application complies with submittal requirements. Therefore, the application has been
deemed adequate for further review and, in particular, for public notice. Your Development Review
Coordinator, Audrey Chorak, will provide you with the required notice, instructions and poster boards.
