Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. In consideration of the upcoming zoning meeting, please consider the zoning of R2 or R3 housing. R4 and R5 zoning is absolutely not compatible with the surrounding areas of single family homes and green space. R2 or R3 is much more conducive to adapting to the existing homes on New Holland and is also more conducive to retaining a good balance with the existing green space surrounding the project. Having lived in projects of R4 and R5 zoning, I can say it was a miserable experience. There was no privacy, no private space where your neighbors could not see, no quiet or peace since you could hear EVERYTHING going on around you. Is this the kind of housing you actually want people to live in??? Would you want to live in an 11' wide space and hear your neighbor every time they use the toilet?? No amount of insulation can adequately block all sound and if you have multiple units in the close proximity proposed, it will make for very uncomfortable living. So...please use common sense and consider the living conditions of R4 or R5. Please consider the more community friendly zoning of R2 or R3.
