SEPTEMBER 5, 2025
BOZEMAN PUBLIC
SAFETY CENTER
901 N. ROUSE
BOZEMAN, MT 59718
8 AM – 4 PM
During this first-ever event, defendants
who are making monthly payments on
fines can bring in food donations and
receive credit towards those fines.
They will receive a $10 credit per item
with a maximum credit of 20 items or
$200.
Donations must be non-perishable.
WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE?
•Are paying only restitution
•Have an active warrant and/or are in
collections for fines/restitution
•Have a deferred prosecution agreement
•Are completing community service in lieu of
fines
If a defendant is behind on their time pay agreement (but no active warrant), they will schedule a time to see a judge and address their payment plan. The Court will hold the donation information in the file until the defendant appears for their court date and the Court will then assess credit for the donation.
We will not be accepting
“general” donations.
Donated food will not be
returned if it is determined that
defendants are not eligible.
HOW DO I DONATE?

Bozeman Public Safety Center
2.Provide your donations to the HRDC
volunteers who will be set up in the
parking lot
3.You will receive a donation slip that
shows how many items you donated
4.Bring that donation slip into the Public
Safety Center to the Municipal Court
