City of Bozeman-
I am a current resident of 2705 Goldenrod Ln. I have first hand witnessed the impact of development
north of Oak street and also the associated concerns for my fellow neighborhood residents. 27th street
has become both a race way, as it becomes a cut across for the traffic avoiding 19th street and also one
of the few streets that allow travel without stop signs. There is also limited access brought on by both
apartment complexes, their additional traffic, and lack of supporting infrastructure, as currently both fowler
and 27th street do not support full north to south travel.
This is a major concern for both pedestrians and youth safety, as Emily Dickinson elementray school 1
block away and only protected by a single active crossing cross walk.
The approach of high density housing within the fowler street connection completion is both dis
respectfully to current residents of bozeman and dangerous to health and well being of all residents within
the proposed project area.
I do not support the development of housing as currently planned. I do support the connection of fowler
of which was planned for and established by current infracture that is present.
Please listen a long term residents of Bozeman. Please maintain the quality, safety of all residential
neighborhoods and complete established infrastructure prior to pushing short term housing fixes, as this
will lead to exaverbating continued problems and impact further support of residents by for the City of
Bozeman.
Respectfully,
Henry Griffith
