Could you please place this comment in the public comment folder for the Fowler housingdevelopment and also distribute to the community development department, city manager, city
commissioners, and the community development advisory board. Thank you!
The west side of Bozeman is notoriously not “walkable“. Rather than trying to force all of thedensity into currently walkable neighborhoods, what if we were able to make more
neighborhoods walkable, thereby improving the quality of life for the people who alreadylived there.

And consider the one and two story commercial nodes like Biankini’s location or the Milltown
loop out on Jackrabbit. I think these would be considered neighborhood supportive. Ratherthan crushing existing neighborhoods with a bunch more density, let’s think about what makes
the northeast neighborhood and others in the core of town so desirable, and replicate that inother areas.
