Dear City of Bozeman, As a homeowner on Caterpillar Street in Harvest Creek I have serious concerns about the proposed Fowler Housing Project. 1. It is EXTREMELY High Density on a very small plot of land. 2. It is currently planned to have inadequate parking per unit, and there is no space for spill-over in Harvest Creek neighborhood, which has cars already lining its streets. 3. The 21 Harvest Creek homeowners backing up to these units, which will be mere feet away in terms of parking, lights, and windows looking down on them deserve better. Their homes are their greatest investment, and their value and desirability will be radically diminished by abutting up to this planned development. Potentially, many more homeowners could be affected by the proximity of such a dense and tall development hanging over Harvest Creek. 4. The current plan has virtually a few yards of green space for all of those units. That is not in keeping with the spirit of Bozeman. 5. The price points do not appear in any way to convey “affordable housing”. 6. Please consider having the access points for the development off of Fowler, and do not use Harvest Creek neighborhood streets to access the development. Our streets are busy and crowded as it is. 7. Please do not consider such a high density development right on top of Harvest Creek, a real gem of a neighborhood for Bozeman. The Fowler avenue connection is plenty of use for that acreage without trying to cram such a dense housing unit in that small area. Thank you so much for your consideration of these important concerns. Heather Vaillancourt 3033 Caterpillar St. Bozeman, Mt
