It is important the MDT Projects do not negatively impact localtrees like they have in this Bozeman project. Please take note, and send this message on to the peopleinvolved in planning for these projects. Destruction of mature trees for more asphalt is not acceptable! Especially in situations like at Peach and 7th, which is likely to result in people speeding through a 15 MPHzone in front of an elementary school!Thank you for thinking about this in future MDT projects across our fine state.-Mary Bateson, Bozeman City and Montana Taxpayer ---------- Forwarded message ---------From: Mary Bateson <mbateson5@gmail.com>Date: Wed, Jul 30, 2025 at 5:06 PMSubject: Re: 7th Avenue North ProjectTo: Brandon Coates <brandon@rbci.net> Brandon Coates,I am really upset that this project resulted in the removal of the mature trees along Peach St. Shame onMDT.
