To the Bozeman City Commission,
My name is Gabrielle Murphy; I am a Firefighter/Paramedic for the city of Bozeman. I am
writing to you to inform you of my decision to share publicly regarding my experience of
pregnancy loss and the associated mistreatment I experienced by the Bozeman city
administration during the time following.
This decision to share my story publicly is not one I take lightly. However, after having
spent over a year exploring and exhausting other avenues to try to advocate for change,
there has been no resolution.
I believe that at this time, for me to continue to advocate for this very important issue
requires me to raise public awareness and involvement.
However, as a courtesy to you and your office, I am writing to inform you of my decision
so that you don’t hear of it first by other means.
I will send an attachment letter explaining my stance in this email.
