This overview and study is intended to demonstrate the aligned
aesthetics and design details of the proposed project design and
several existing structures in the immediate surrounding area.
Specifically elements relating to roof pitch, combined pitches and
segmented siding details.
Pages 1-6: Native congruous roofing systems.
Pages 7-8: Images are intended to exhibit similarities between native
color and texture/finish and the proposed matte black metal propsed on
the staircase column.
Pages 9-10 provide visual reference for the “block face”.

This multi family residential dwelling is located 2 doors
down from the location of the proposed project. Structure
implements a combination of 2”-12” pitch gable roof and
1”-12” mono pitch roof.

This multi family residential dwelling is located directly
across the street from the location of the proposed project.
This structure implements a “skillion” roof design. This is
two mono pitches brought together at varying elevations
connected by a “clear story”.

Residential matte black facade has the appearance of steel
panels combined with lap siding. Window sizes, shape, and
placement even, all seem somewhat congruous with the
proposed project.

Chimney column sharing the ally way with the proposed
structure. This is a painted matte black finish, with a “board
and bat”- 16” on center batten detail. In some this shares
aesthetic elements with the staircase column facade, The
main difference between the two is the ribs on the standing
seam are ⅜” higher and the battens are appx. 1 ¼” wider.

Coated zero sheen “carbon” metal from CMG- Coated
Metals Group, a local supplier. Fortified Steel, formerly
Bridger Steel then fabricates this product into the panels
that are then installed vertically.
