NOTICE OF SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan procedures and criteria of section 38.230.050 of the
Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and including the associated standards as outlined in 38.230.100, BMC.
Approval is granted if all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria.
Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per
38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During
the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.

Summary: A Site Plan application for the construction of a commercial building located at 3706 and 3726 Trakker
Trail. The proposed building, comprised of two commercial units, will be one story, and occupy approximately 5,100
square feet. The primary building entrance will be located on the eastern portion of the building.
Parcel size: 0.193 acres (8,427 sqft) Location: 3706 and 3726 Trakker Trail; near the intersection of Trakker
Trail and Caballo Avenue.
