1. BUILDING LIMITATIONS, AREA REQUIREMENTS, & SETBACKS
ARE TO CONFORM TO APPLICABLE CODES AS DETERMINED
BY LOCAL JURISDICTION.
2. THE SITE LAYOUT IS CONCEPTUAL AND BASED ON A
HYPOTHETICAL SITE. IN THE PLACEMENT OF THIS
PROTOTYPE BUILDING ON THE DESIRED SITE, THE BUILDING
CAN BE MIRRORED HORIZONTALLY OR VERTICALLY AS
NEEDED BASED ON SITE ORIENTATION AND PROXIMITY TO
ACCESS ROADS.
3. PROTOTYPE DRAWING CONTENT DOES NOT INCORPORATE
CIVIL AND LANDSCAPING CONSIDERATIONS INTO THIS
PACKAGE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
IMPLEMENTATION ARCHITECT TO CONFIRM INCOMING AND
OUTGOING SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL
CIVIL, PLUMBING, AND TECHNOLOGY TIE-INS.

DETERMINED BY LOCAL JURISDICTION. THE STRICTEST
STANDARDS WOULD PREVAIL.
6. TYPICAL PARKING SPACE SIZES SHALL BE 9'x18' MIN. OR AS
REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE CODES AS DETERMINED BY LOCAL
JURISDICTION.
7. COORDINATE LIGHTING LOCATIONS W/ LANDSCAPING,
PROVIDE PHOTOMETRIC ANALYSIS AS REQUIRED BY
APPLICABLE CODES. GENERAL PARKING AND PEDESTRIAN
AREAS SHALL HAVE MINIMUM LIGHTING OF 1 FOOT CANDLE.
8. REFER TO BRAND'S SIGNAGE STANDARDS FOR ADDITIONAL
INFO & PRECISE SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS.
9. IRRIGATE ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS WITH AUTOMATIC
UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM EXCEPT THOSE
IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO EXTERIOR WALL OF THE HOTEL.
10. ALL AREAS NOT WITHIN PLANTING BEDS TO RECEIVE SOD OR
OTHER APPROVED GROUND COVER.
11. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE SCREENED WITH LANDSCAPING OR
OTHER MEANS.
12. ALL SITE DIMENSIONS ARE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -
COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE CODES AS DETERMINED BY
LOCAL JURISDICTION.
13. PROVIDE HOSE BIBS EVERY 50 FEET AROUND MAIN BUILDING
PERIMETER AND AT DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
14. CATCH BASINS ARE TO BE PLACED SO AS NOT TO INTERFERE
WITH CLEARANCES AND MAXIMUM SLOPES ALONG
DESIGNATED ACCESSIBLE ROUTES.
15. SURFACE CONDITIONS AT ACCESSIBLE WALKWAYS AND
AREA (PAVER SYSTEMS AND / OR CONCRETE SURFACES)
SHALL NOT INCLUDE GAPS GREATER THAN 1/2" DIAMETER OR
VERTICAL LEVEL CHANGES AT JOINTS OR BETWEEN UNITS
GREATER THAN 1/4" -UNLESS THE OVERALL LEVEL CHANGE
DOES NOT EXCEED 1/2" AND THE LEVEL CHANGE IS BEVELED
