OVERALL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AT THE POC ARE 25 GPM AT 65 PSI.
10. DESIGN BASED ON 0.26"/DAY WATER REQUIREMENT, 3 DAYS/WEEK (LAWN AREAS) WITH AN 8 HOUR WATER WINDOW WITH 40 PSI AT ALL ROTARY SPRINKLER HEADS.
9. ADJUST ALL HEADS AS REQUIRED TO PREVENT OVERSPRAY ONTO BUILDINGS, STREETS, AND WALKWAYS.
FLOWS 51 GPM AND GREATER TO HAVE 2" CONTROL VALVES.
8. ZONES WITH FLOWS THROUGH 20 GPM TO HAVE 1" CONTROL VALVES. ZONES WITH FLOWS 21 THROUGH 50 GPM TO HAVE 1-1/2" CONTROL VALVES. ZONES WITH

FOR THE CONTRACTORS' CONVENIENCE ONLY. LOCATION AND NUMBER OF SLEEVES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR FOR INSTALLATION OF THE IRRIGATION
3. SCHEDULE 40 PVC SLEEVES ARE REQUIRED UNDER ALL HARD LANDSCAPE SURFACES, EXISTING AND PROPOSED. ANY PIPE SLEEVE INDICATED ON THE PLANS ARE
FEATURES. REASONABLE CHANGES IN PIPE LAYOUT MAY BE MADE BY THE CONTRACTOR WITH THE ADVANCE APPROVAL OF THE ARCHITECT.
2. IRRIGATION PLAN IS DIAGRAMMATIC IN NATURE. FIELD ADJUSTMENT OF IRRIGATION COMPONENTS MAY BE NECESSARY TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING SITE
