Tom and Carol Peterson 15797 Bridger Bowl Rd Bozeman, MT 59718 Study Commissioners: My husband and I are writing in support of the best candidate, Andrew Thomas, for Communication Strategist. Being third-generation Montanan's ourselves, it's important that you choose a Montanan that represents Montana. Andrew Thomas qualifies. His background shows he is ready and willing to listen and serve the Bozeman public with his previous training on effective survey composition and the use of said results. Why would we pay an outsider to learn about Montana and Bozeman's current government structure? Thomas comes with a plan and concrete ideas to address the concerns and dialogue gathered from Bozeman constituents. We have participated in numerous surveys during our forty-plus years in private business that have accomplished no visible changes or measurable results. Andrew Thomas's experience in the survey process will populate effective questions that will make the resulting data useable for solutions to represent Bozeman's constituents while maintaining a fine line of education vs advocacy. Andrew Thomas can be present bi-weekly in Bozeman and mentioned recruiting engaged community members to be trained to facilitate focus groups. His availability via Zoom, email or phone will be vital to have effective use of your time as the Study Commissioners. Pease get a plan of action to accomplish making Bozeman a place for all of us to work, live and build community by choosing Andrew Thomas. Gratefully, Tom and Carol Peterson
