In comparing the two candidates for Communications Strategist,
skimming their proposals, and listening to the interviews, we strongly
recommend that you choose Andrew Thomas as
Communications Strategist over the Working Ventures company
for the following reasons:
Andrew Thomas is most qualified. His education,
credentials, background, and professional experience outshine
the total of the WF team’s qualifications.
Andrew Thomas demonstrated the excellent work he has
accomplished that will make his contributions for Bozeman
successful. WF brought forth what they plan to do.
Andrew Thomas is one man, not a company. The position of
communication strategist should be filled by one person
overseeing all that is happening, not a team that is also working
on other interests.
Andrew Thomas is available. This is huge. He is willing to
come to Bozeman bi-weekly compared to WF’s three times.
As a resident of Montana, Andrew Thomas has a head start
in understanding needs here over WF personnel who live in
the Midwest.
