Good afternoon, Thank you again for the opportunity to present our vision for this project to the StudyCommission on Wednesday. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful questions posed during the session and hope our presentation provided sufficient detail to address all inquiries related toour proposal. As part of today's deadline to submit any supplemental information, we would like to clarifyour response regarding printing costs and the overall project budget. We proposed a total budget of $46,800, including estimated costs for both printing and digital tools. Our initialassumption was that printed materials would play only a minimal role in this engagement. However, as we collaborate more closely with the Study Commission, we anticipate that theremay be a need for significantly more printed materials and enhanced social media marketing to effectively engage stakeholders throughout the community. We understand that the StudyCommission maintains a separate budget line item for Outreach and Engagement, independent of the Contractual line item. Should there be a substantial need for additional printed materials or paid social media promotion, we would propose allocating those specific expenses to the Outreach andEngagement category. This shift would allow Working Ventures to maintain our maximum budget of $46,800 while dedicating even more staff time and resources to supporting thecommunity through this important process. We would work through the Commission to pay for these printed and outreach items based on materials and approaches approved by theCommission. We are committed to dedicating at least 450 hours to this project, but we may be able to provide even more hours (500 hours) and stay within our stated budget, if we can shiftthese costs.
