Sec. 76-2-304, MCA Zoning Criteria of Evaluation: 2221 South 3rd Annex/ZMA Public Comment Recommendation •Development Review Committee (DRC) finds no restrictions on approval that cannot be addressed with future review process. •Community Development Board voted (5:0) to recommend approval of the requested zoning. •No comment has been received Public Notice •Mailing to adjacent property owners •Newspaper ads •Posting on site 2221 South 3rd Annex/ZMA 2221 South 3rd Annex/ZMA Annexation Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 24714 and move to approve the 2221 South 3rd Avenue Annexation with recommended terms of annexation, and direct staff to prepare an annexation agreement for signature by the parties.
