Dear City,
While visiting Lindley Park recently, I witnessed a young girl slip and fall
on the new boulder retaining wall surrounding the play structure. The
stones are jagged, with sharp, arrowhead-like edges, and she sustained a
deep cut as a result.
This is a clear safety hazard. To prevent further injury — and avoid
potential liability — I urge the City to immediately close the area and
grind down the boulders to remove their sharp edges.
Best,
Noah ten Broek
