Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Commissioners, and City Manager,
The lack of full, substantive written meeting minutes provides a barrier to our Montana Constitutional right to know,
and participate.
It also discriminates against hearing impaired citizens. In my case, I have profound hearing loss and it is very
difficult for me to understand audio minutes.
Please do not abandon traditional written meeting minutes.
