meeting. At the direction of the City Commission, anonymous public comments are not distributed to
the Board or staff.
Public comments will also be accepted in-person and through Video Conference during the appropriate
agenda items.
As always, the meeting will be streamed through the Commission's video page and available in the
City on cable channel 190.

AGENDA ITEM TYPE:Citizen Advisory Board/Commission
RECOMMENDATION:Receive an update from city staff on transportation and parking matters, and
participate in discussion.
STRATEGIC PLAN:1.1 Outreach: Continue to strengthen and innovate in how we deliver
information to the community and our partners.
BACKGROUND:The Director of Transportation and Engineering, Nicholas Ross, provides the
Board with Staff Updates on Transportation related items. Parking Manager
Nic Focken will also provide updates as available. Board is encouraged to
participate and use this agenda item for general discussion with staff.

SUBJECT:Fowler Avenue Connection 60% Design Special Presentation
MEETING DATE:July 23, 2025

RECOMMENDATION:Receive update from city staff on the 60% design phase of the Fowler
Avenue Connection project.
STRATEGIC PLAN:4.3 Strategic Infrastructure Choices: Prioritize long-term investment and
maintenance for existing and new infrastructure.
BACKGROUND:The city of Bozeman has recently concluded the 60% design phase for the
Fowler Avenue Connection project. Staff will present the updated design,
cost estimate, and results of recent public engagement. The Board is
encouraged to view the recent public engagement material and 6-% design
plan set prior to this special presentation:
