Dear Commissioners,
I read that you have a proposal to adopt the LGBTQ flag as the official city flag?I was born here, in Bozeman, as was my husband. His Dad was the mayor at one time.
Neither Doug, nor I can remember an " official city flag". I am opposed to adopting ANYflag for Bozeman. The business of the commission should be fire, police,street and growth.
Having the LGBTQ flag as our official flag is a slap in the face to many residents. Please keepour city
as non-political as possible and try to represent all of the citizens by not having any flag! Inmy opinion,
this is what your job as commissioners is, or at least what it should be.Sincerely,
