This email is to express my view, as a concerned citizen about the recent decision about the city flag. I believe the city of Bozeman will be better served by its own individual flag. Bozeman to me represents inclusivity, the great outdoors, and a community where everyonegets to live in harmony. The pride flag represents sexual orientation in a culture that has exploited and devalued sex.Sexual orientation should not be what represents a city. What kind of message does this send to our minors, who are not supposed to be already partaking in this deep conversation thatmany adults are still navigating? That is not what this town is. Bozeman is so much bigger and we've got pride much larger andMUCH further back than LGBTQ+. Thank you for your attention to this matter and my vote is a resounding no for the Pride flag to be the city flag.We are the gateway to Yellowstone. We host over a million tourists. This in no way caters to the reach and inclusivity that is worldwide. The LGBTQ+ community is less than 20% of our population. Let not the minority dictate the majority. Sincerely,Gillian Zohner
