Hey there, Wanted to submit a thought about... Project Name: 5211 BAXTER LN ANNX Planning File Number:
24-570 I'm concerned that I do not see a carve out in the planning documents for the wetland and wooded
area that sits directly in the middle of this proposed R3 and R5 area. I feel like we have gotten to a point where
the build build build mentality could be relaxed a little bit in order to maybe save some of why Bozeman is
such a cool place to live and why people want to move here. Over the years I've watched wooded and wild
areas like this disappear and maybe it's time to start saving it before there is non le to save. Maybe have the
developer develop this into a park and save the habitat that I see so many animals of so many varieties use on
a daily basis as I run by there. We just have to stop the clear cutting of lots. There has to be a point, and I think
we are close, where the building is outpacing the moving in. I see the meeting for this is on the 16th and I
unfortunately will be out of town for work but I just wanted to express my feeling on this. Thanks for taking
