Dear City Commission:
I have lived in Bozeman for almost 30 years and was so excited for us to fly awelcoming flag for LGBTQ citizens and visitors. Our family has one gay and two
transpersons in it--it lifts my heart to see it fly anywhere and it would mean so much
if you could place the flag flying back on the agenda for July 8. Our gay youth
especially feel welcomed when they see it-and their straight friends are also glad.
I am an attorney, small business owner, landlord and person of color. It is our civic
duty to welcome everyone to Bozeman--please live everyone's values by re-placing
the topic on the agenda and allowing our citizens to support you.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Pamela Poon
