Dear Bozeman City Commissioners: I support flying the pride flag over city hall (and everywhere else). I'm not a member of the LGBTQIA2S community. I don't need to be to understand that flying the rainbow, trans, progressive pride, or other affirming flags signals we are a community that welcomes people from a variety of backgrounds, identities, and experiences. That is a community I want to bepart of, and that my kids will want to return to. Please follow the lead of smart city leaders in other towns across the west and make these flags official city emblems. We risk our city's bright future when we ignore symbols ofinclusion. The loss of the clever, creative, caring people will leave a sad, hollow shell of a town behind. Quite sincerely,Chris Fastnow Bozeman, MT
