HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUP #4 Project NarritiveWe’re excited to share that Bitterroot Bistro is taking part in a new initiative sponsored
by the Downtown Bozeman Association, designed to make our downtown even more
vibrant and welcoming.
As part of this program, we’re hoping to expand our outdoor seating for the season—
roughly May through October—by adding tables along the sidewalk next to our
restaurant. This will be possible thanks to a “pedlet,” which is a temporary sidewalk
extension that lets us create safe, fenced-in outdoor dining space by using a few parking
spots. With this addition, we’ll be able to offer 12 to 15 extra seats, on top of our current
29 indoor seats. For a small, locally owned restaurant like ours, this extra capacity can
make all the difference in keeping our doors open and thriving.
Bitterroot Bistro is owned and operated by three locals who are passionate about great
food, warm hospitality, and the unique opportunities—and challenges—that come with
running a restaurant in Bozeman. We love being part of this community and want to
continue contributing to the lively spirit of downtown.
We believe that outdoor seating not only lets us welcome more guests, but also adds to
the friendly, bustling atmosphere that makes downtown Bozeman so special. We can’t
wait to invite you to our expanded patio this season.
Operation: April 15-October 15. This year, we’re hoping to be up and running by July 1.
