Dear Mayor Cunningham, Deputy Mayor Morrison, Commisioners Bode, Fischer and
Madgic:
Please engage your power as our City Commision to enact a moratorium on applications forbuildings over 35,000 sq. ft. within the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD),
until the Unified Development Code (UDC) update is completed.
I believe this action can allow the city to focus more effectively on the update processs. It canreduce stress on city resources and the concerned public, and help pace development to better
support the sustainability of affordable, desirable and environmentally responsiible life inBozeman.
