We need more allocated parking or else much better public transportation. In the past I lived in a dense city without enough parking spaces for each unit and it was miserable to get home late and have to walk a mile because there was no parking close to home. I have serious concerns for the homeowners on New Holland who will be impacted by the overflow of vehicles and people that will spill onto their street due to lack of adequate parking at the new development. This is going to cause crowding, street noise at all hours of the night, and possibly other issues. 1.6 spaces per unit is simply not enough, especially for 2 and 3 bedroom units and YOU KNOW they will not be parking their vehicles in their garages. Please, let's not turn Bozeman into Los Angeles.
