I support Commissioner Madgic's temporary 6 month moratorium on the development of
large-scale (35,000 sq ft or larger) buildings within the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay
District (NCOD), to ease the stressful pace of development there while the Unified
Development Code (UDC) Update is completed.
