NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING FOR A
PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the Subdivision Preliminary Plat requirements of sections
38.220.040, 38.220.060, and 38.240.130 of the municipal code and associated standards. Approval or
conditional approval may be granted if the decision maker determines all criteria are met.
The public may comment orally at the public meeting or in writing at or prior to the public meeting
regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific
criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. During the notice period the City will
continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.

Summary: A preliminary plat requesting to further subdivide 5 lots in Block 4 of Gran Cielo
Subdivision into a 7 lot subdivision for residential single household uses. The subdivision is
proposed on 0.69 acres and is zoned R-3. All proposed lots are Northeast of the corner of Cielo Way
and South 31st Avenue. No changes to public right-of-way, open spaces, or parks are proposed with
this application.

On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at City Hall, 121 N.
Rouse Ave, Bozeman, Montana, the City Commission will conduct a public meeting on
Application 25157 for the Gran Cielo Block 4 Preliminary Plat. Members of the public will
