Cody, based on the information provided this facility will see extremely low trip generation. Based on this the City of
Bozeman waives the requirement of BMC 38.220.060.A.11 for a transportation impact study.

Can you help me get a waiver for the traffic study requirement(BMC 38.220.060.A.11)for the Norton Ranch Lift Station
improvements for the Site Plan submittal? Since this is a non-occupied facility, the traffic impact should be negligible.
