Preliminary Plat Application
31 – Non-Municipal Utilities
City of Bozeman Staff has asked for a letter from the utility companies that the proposed new lots may be
provided with service, or confirm that the existing services are installed in the utility easement.
Included are Email correspondence from Yellowstone Fiber and Charter stating they can serve the new
lots.

open trench when NWE had this open for power/gas. As you get closer to build, please reach out to me and we'll make sure we get someone on-site to locate
