Hello Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Commissioners, and Community Development Department,
Please act on Commissioner Madgic's suggestion at the June 3rd commission meeting to enact
a pause, a temporary moratorium, on large developments (35,000 sq ft) within the NCOD.
We need this pause while we craft tools to manage mass and scale together as a community inthe UDC update and rework the zoning map to make sure development entitlements match
community desires.
Please enact this temporary moratorium as soon as possible!
