RE: Formal Protest of Application 24570 — Baxter Lane Annexation
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally protest Application 24570 regarding the proposed annexation of
agricultural land off Baxter Lane into the City of Bozeman. As a homeowner in close
proximity to the proposed development area, I respectfully urge you to deny this
annexation request.
This land, currently zoned for agricultural use, is one of the few remaining open spaces
in our rapidly developing city. My family and I chose to purchase our home in this area

One of my most pressing concerns is the sustainability of Bozeman's water resources. It
is widely acknowledged that our current water supply may not be sufficient to sustain
projected growth over the next 10 to 15 years. Adding yet another development will only
