Dear Community Development Board members-
I am writing to oppose the annexation and zone map amendment of application 24570. This
annexation perpetuates sprawl when our growth policy and city commission has denouncedsprawl. Furthermore any annexation in this area over R2 or R3 is wholly inappropriate until
such time that high density becomes warranted.
Annexation with a zoning of medium (R3) and high density (R5) is unwarranted at this time inthis area and will contribute to more unwanted road congestion as it is not serviced by public
transportation nor near job centers.
