Hey Derek,
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.
Meadow Bridge is located within the originating development/subdivision of Meadow Creek. Parcel 10 was the
originating development, which includes your development.
The originating development has paid their respective Pro-Rata share for the associated improvements as they
were the ones who put the infrastructure in to service the area.
The Meadow Creek Payback applies to properties that were not in the originating development. Therefore, the
payback does not apply to Meadow Bridge.
I have discussed this with Alicia, and these comments will be resolved as part of the preliminary plat application.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

Hey Lance,
Hope you are doing well! I wanted to follow up on the conversation you and I had back in December about Meadow
Bridge and payback districts. I had called you about the notice we got (see attached) and you had stated that the
notice did not apply to us and that we probably would not be obligated to pay into any of the payback districts
since Meadow Creek (which we are part of) was the project that created those districts.
We have received comments back on our preliminary plat and one of the comments made by Alicia was that our
project is subject to those payback districts. There was a caveat in her comment though that stated “If the subject
property did not participate in the original cost of construction of improvements the subject property will be
accessed a payback charge prior to final plat approval”. So my question is can you confirm that we would not be
subject to the payback districts or point me in a direction that I could get confirmation?
