DEMOLITION NOTES
A project narrative regarding the fire that happened in the residence, as well as the determination
that the building cannot/should not be saved are attached. Also, fire department notes, asbestos
testing and removal are available, if needed. The transite siding has been removed and all the
gypsym board, taping compound, mud, insulation, tile binder and other asbestos containing
materials have been legally removed and disposed of. The building is a shell of studs, exterior
sheathing and roof. All other materials have been removed.

Property dimensions, setbacks, building location, circulation, utilities, etc. are in the Drawings
001,002,003,004.
The structure is within the NCOA but the Historic Inventory stated this building is “intrusive
within a potential historic district’. Therefore, it was determined that the building has little to no
historic significance.
The building has no viable or useful life remaining, and is a threat to public health and safety,
