Seaton - Rocky Mountain FlatsCustomer Submission #CS-25-714 Open Created on May 21, 2025 by Bill Seaton Bill Seaton Description Rocky Mountain Flats at 5532 Fowler Ave, next to Meadow Creek neighborhood should not be allowed in this area. Aordable housing should be placed where residents can easily access the services they need to thrive, and this proposed site is too far removed to support that. The area around this site is already overdeveloped and lacks the necessary green space, pedestrian infrastructure, and roads to support such a large increase in population. The development is next to neighborhoods with high-value homes. A high-density development in this area will, obviously, reduce property values and lead to conflict between new and existing residents. Please use common sense and disallow this project from moving forward.
