Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Commissioners, and Community Development Department,
My wife and I are fortunate to have lived for almost 40 years in Bozeman’s Bon Ton Historic
Neighborhood. I’m writing today to express my support for the Bon Ton neighborhood'sRezoning Proposal. Having more consistent zoning across the entire historic district will
allow for more appropriate infill development in keeping with the character of this part of ourCity.
The residents spent hundreds of hours organizing and drafting this proposal and that should be
honored in the UDC update.
