File Number 24-492 Date:Thursday, May 22, 2025 10:33:53 PM CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. My name is Aaron Jacobsen. I live at 3004 Meah Ln. in the Meadow Creek Neighborhood adjacent to the proposed project. My wife and I and our two young boys just moved here fromBelgrade in October of 2024. We moved to the south side of Bozeman to enjoy more open space and less congestion. I feel like there are a number of issues with the proposed project. The proposal of high densitylow income housing in this particular spot does not work with the infrastructure in the area. There are no services within walking distance for low income residents; grocery stores, gasstations, bus lines, trail networks, hospitals, etc. Also, the planned parking for this project will overcrowd adjacent areas and streets causing unsafe situations for children. There is no plan toincorporate more green space with this proposal. Bozeman should have every builder incorporate a network of green space that connects communities so that biking and walking ismore accessible. I agree that Bozeman should address the issue of affordable housing. I just think this particular location is not the right choice for the proposed plan. Sincerely, Aaron Jacobsen
