Hello,
I am a property owner and concerned tax payer writing concerning above project. This is a terribleidea and a disservice to the community and these low income families. This proposed project is inthe middle of agricultural land with ZERO services around - not even walking distance nearest shopsare 4 miles away as the crow flies. There are No schools, shops, medical facilities, businesses,restaurants…this area is an agricultural slated area with homes with 20 acres or more, many of whichfarm the land to provide produce for our community. There are no side walks,or developed streets,
Fowler is dirt- no sidewalks, Stucky 2 way street no sidewalks - irrigation ditches run on both sides -a hazard to walk on or ride a bike on - a few biker have been hit a killed on this road.
Where is the nearest elementary???10 miles away, how can these families build a sense of
community or level up when they are on an island?
Why don’t you build this project near the other affordable housing developments where services arereadily available? Are you wanting these family to fail and continue to depend on government
assistance???
It seems like the city commission is NOT looking at the whole picture.
Why are you allowing a California developer and a Missoula Pm ruin our Bozeman?? LikeMissoula??? Have you been there lately?? No thought on their development- we have a chance todevelop our town smart and with all citizens in mind -
It also seems odd this was done so secretly?? Why?
This project will also affect the homeowners in the area, more traffic more people. Will lower valueof homes and living experience.
Please stop this project and look for a more appropriate location for all involved .
