Good morning I am responding to the development project called Rocky Mountain Flats at 5532 Fowler Ave. South of buffalo run. 1. Affordable housing should be placed where residence can easily access services. They needto thrive. This site is way too far away from that. 2. This area that is being proposed is already over developed and lacking necessary, greenspace pedestrian infrastructure, and road support such a large increase in population. 3. This development is at least 3.5 miles away from essential services like healthcare jobs, public transportation, and grocery stores. This distance will make it difficult for a residence to access important resources especially for those without cars.4. The current infrastructure is stretched thin the proposed development basic needs for the communities like a safe route for children, improvements to roads and sidewalks, and moreparks. 5. The development will cause a significant increase in traffic on local streets, particularly atMeah Lane which runs next to a park where many children play. It will also cause a lot of traffic for city cops and healthcare workers like ambulances and firetrucks.6. The development is next to neighborhoods with high value homes. A high density development in this area will reduce property values and lead to conflict between new andexisting residence. This will cause many people to move in the nearby neighborhoods 7. Placing a large scale, high density project in an area with low density will create long-termchallenges for the community and harm the character of the neighborhood. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Leeanne Weinheimer
