Learn why this is important athttps://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification ] I am responding to the Rocky Mountain Flats development on Fowler. 1. This development location is located to far from essential needs for low income people. Lowincome housing should be developed in areas that are within walking distance to services that theyneed. 2. Low income areas are statistically in more need of police and medical attention. With the currentlocation on Fowler, local response times will be slow due to its location. 3. Residents of neighboring subdivisions have high value homes. This could cause a decrease inhome values. 4. The increased traffic will cause problems with busier streets in subdivisions. The neighboringsubdivisions are all family oriented with lots of kids playing in yards and crossing streets. Increasedtraffic could cause some unfortunate accidents. 5. The location on Fowler gets a lot of snow in the winter time. Four wheel drive vehicles are notrequired, but definitely a must in the winter. Snow removal can turn into hours of work daily. Stucky road in the winter can become very dangerous due to it being a very narrow road and alreadya lot of traffic. Thanks,KeithSent from my iPhone
