Learn why this is important athttps://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification ] To whom it may concern, I’m fine with “in my back yard” development; however, I wonder if this area will be successful foran affordable housing development. This area does not have access to gas stations or grocery stores or any other shopping. Nothing iswithin walking distance. Will there be public transportation? Can schools in the area support thechildren who would live in this development? Will there be busses? Bozeman seems to have a couple areas developers have promised to build and have deserted theproperty. I’m thinking Babcock and Ferguson. The high water table in that area has kept otherdevelopers from building the Fowler land. Almost all our homes have one or more sump pumps. Atthe same time, we have been told our water supply is fragile. Will the water problems be addressed in the infrastructure? And, of course, there are the roads and traffic issues that are already problematic. Gran Cielo plansto expand that development, too.Again, I’m not opposed to people having safe, well-built homes in “my backyard,” but I hope it’s not at the expense of the residents’ current backyards.
