Hi, I live in Meadow Creek where I enjoy walking my dog and living in what still remains a mostly quiet and safe space. If you allow a high density development to be right up againstthis single family neighborhood, on top of all of the high density development that has and continues to go on here you will completely change the character and safety of theneighborhood. Already people drive much faster than 25 mph on 27th. This is sure to increase if people are driving to Meah lane. There are homes on both sides of 27th with children. Turning 27th intosuch a busy street will divide it neighborhood and make it unsafe for children to play together and get to the park. At a minimum, there should be no road to Ricky Mountain Flats thatgoes through Meadow Creek. That neighborhood can use Fowler. We are already going to see an extreme increase in traffic once Buffalo Run is open. I paid a lot of money for my home, and I continue to pay high taxes. I moved here when it wasa single family neighborhood. I will soon be completely surrounded by high density development, which is certain to lower my property values and not allow me the hope ofmoving to a quieter neighborhood someday. The safety of my neighborhood is of upmost concern. I hope to continue to be able to safely walk my dog. The increased traffic is an entrance through Meah Lane goes through will have atremendously negative impact on the people living in Meadow Creek. Best, Flynn
