310 – Conservation District Permit – (County Level)
Required when a person physically alters or modifies the bed or banks of a perennially-flowing stream
EX: Pedestrian bridge crossing a wetland or bank landscape alterations
We consulted with the Gallatin County Conservation District and the project was approved at the GCD Board
Meeting on May 15, 2025 (310 permit to be issued, no impacts to jurisdictional area proposed)
404 – Army Corp Permit – (Federal Level)
Required when there is a temporary or permanent discharge or placement of dredged or fill material
into water of the United States including wetlands.
EX: Arnold Street Crossing (South University District Arnold Street & South 19th Avenue)
We consulted with USACE and received an approved jurisdictional determination for the project: NWO-2025-
00650-MT -No Permit Required
