I only recently became aware of this proposed development and am appalled by the location andarchitecture of the plan. I am aware high density, low income housing is generally not welcomed byneighborhoods due to the negative impacts of the density, increased traffic( roads, sidewalks andparks), decreases in property value and general quality of life, but this plan is ridiculous for
numerous additional reasons. The site itself isn’t close to grocery stores etc. Stucky road, Fowler,Enterprise and Graf aren’t built for the traffic they currently handle… it’s not an exaggeration to sayI see weekly incidents/accidents on these roads.Just look at what has gone up and currently being built in this general area!!! The quality of living in
Bozeman has deteriorated dramatically as taxes etc have skyrocketed. Slow it down and think abouthow you are destroying what residents worked so hard to attain. The city should be ashamed to plopaffordable housing in this area. At least Belgrade selected a spot with bike trails all the way toemployment areas.
Please stop this development.Respectfully, melody schwartzSent from my iPhone
