Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Commissioners, and Community Development Department,
We are writing today to express our support for the Bon Ton neighborhood's Rezoning Proposal. Having more
consistent zoning across the entire historic district will allow for more appropriate infill development in keeping
with the character of this part of our City.
The residents spent hundreds of hours organizing and drafting this proposal and that should be honored in the UDC
update.
