I live at 311 North Plum Avenue, in the NE neighborhood of Bozeman. I have 4 areas of comment, all regarding neighborhoods and new growth. In Low Density Residential Neighborhood with a Conservation Overlay: a. Please make this all the lowest density designation only—R-A only, not other designations. b. Please make townhouses have the same setbacks as single-family houses; cannot increase allowable footprint for townhomes over single family homes c. Please lower height allowance to 2 stories only; 3 stories not allowed. d. No affordable housing incentives in this designation of low density residential with conservation overlay: must meet height, setback, and parking requirements.
