Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Commissioners, and Community Development Department,
I'm writing today to express my support for the Bon Ton neighborhood's Rezoning Proposal.
Having more consistent zoning across the entire historic district will allow for moreappropriate infill development in keeping with the character of this part of our City.
The residents spent hundreds of hours organizing and drafting this proposal and that should be
honored in the UDC update.
Furthermore, the Bon Ton District is the heart and soul of Bozeman and the primary reason Ihave lived here full time for 25 years. To not preserve the historic character of our
neighborhood would be a disgrace to our community.
